She did her MBBS,MD & DA from Rangaraya Medical College, Andhra Pradesh, India. She worked as a tutor in Anesthesiology in Andhra Medical College, Vishakapatanam, India.

After her Masters, she worked as an Assistant professor at Rangaraya Medical College, A P, India and later got promoted as the Professor of Anesthesiology in the same College.

She involved in Post-graduate teaching and training programmes and also actively participated and organized many conferences.

She was working as a Specialist “A” Anesthesiologist in Sharjah, UAE since 2003.
