	Dr. Joel Rathnakumar MBBS, M.D. General Physician Dr. Joel obtained his MBBS degree from Madras University in 1988 and worked as a medical officer in a 165 bedded multi speciality hospital under the guidance of eminent physicians. In 1993 he joined one of the premier medical colleges in India – (Christian Medical College) as a Pre-resident in the department of Nephrology.

In 1994 Dr. Joel joined the Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) in General Medicine in the same college and underwent the three year residency programme in different subspecialties of medicine like Cardiology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Hemeoncology apart from training in General Medicine. During this time he had submitted a research paper in Nephrology and attended various medical conferences.

In 1997 Dr. Joel started working as a Consultant Physician in a multispeciality referral Hospital CMC, Vellore, handling all medical emergencies and medical problems. He was also actively engaged in teaching medical students. Dr. Joel is also an active member of the Association of Physicians, India.

Dr. Malini Joel MBBS, DGO General Physician Dr. Malini Joel graduated from the Bellary Medical College in Karnataka, India in the year 1990 and Subsequently worked in Govt. Industrial Hospital as Resident Medical Officer and later as Medical Officer in a Multispeciality hospital. In 1994 she joined one of the most prestigious medical instituition in India, The CMC (Christician Medical College) and Obtained her diploma in Gynaecology and Obstetrics and thereafter she was working as a Asst. Gynaecologist in a 200 bedded multispeciality hospital which was attached to the CMC Vellore till May 2001. Before joining PMC she was working in Sharjah as General Practitioner managing all common problems and doing family practice.
